Renovate or Knock Down and Rebuild?
Besides building new homes from scratch, we can also knock down your old home and build a new one in its place. There are a lot of considerations here. First, what condition is your current home in? If it is in too much of a state of disrepair, it may be better to do a knock down and rebuild (KDR). If you want more than half of your home renovated, you may also want us to do a KDR.
