At Next Level Extensions, we have developed a process that enables us to turn your current home into your dream home with minimal disruption of your daily routine. The result will be a high-quality expansion of your home, exactly the way you envisioned it. Here’s how we do it.
Initial Contact
First, you contact us via the “Contact Us Now” box or via telephone on 1300 948 094. Together, we will set up an appointment for you with award-winning designer Max Sardi. Mr Sardi will listen to your ideas and look at any drawings or sketches you have. We will then give you an estimate of the approximate cost of your project.
Design
We will measure your home accurately and thoroughly. Then, Mr Sardi will draw up tentative plans based on your earlier discussion. We will meet to discuss those plans. After we have come to an agreement with you, we will provide you with specifications, a 3D perspective and a fixed price contract. There are no “hidden extras” because you are working directly with the builder: us.
Approvals
After you understand and are satisfied with everything in the contract, we begin work on the site survey, engineer’s drawings and final working drawings. Then, we submit those plans to your local council and any other statutory bodies for approval. At this time, you will purchase home indemnity insurance for your protection.
Construction
Next, we will help you choose the tiles, fittings, fixtures and other necessities. Before we begin construction, we meet with you for a comprehensive discussion of the construction process. At Next Level Extensions, we specialise in completing the work with minimal intrusion upon your everyday life.
The first step is to build temporary walls to seal the construction site from your current home. If necessary, we can also provide temporary facilities for cooking or bathing.
Completion
The phase known as “practical completion” is executed to your satisfaction by our carefully selected home renovation specialists. We provide a maintenance period that extends four months from the date of completion. For your protection, we provide a structural warranty that lasts six years from the date of completion.
