Fran and David wanted an outdoor area where their friends could gather any time of year. It had to be protected from the weather, the sea breeze and ocean exposure. We were given the task of creating a stylish but functional outdoor living area that retained the 180-degree ocean views while complementing the existing house.
We completely transformed the area, which now features benches and a pizza oven for feeding their friends and provides a great place to enjoy outdoor living. They can use the space year around and we were able to retain their stunning ocean views. Fran, David and their friends now have the perfect outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine, a meal and the kind of outdoor living that only Perth can offer.
