The Initial Contact
The first step starts when you contact us. You can fill out the contact information on the website and click on “enquire now” or you can call us. Then, we will arrange for you to talk with Max Sardi, our award-winning home improvement designer.
During the consult, Mr Sardi will find out what you would like to have in your dream home. If you have photos or drawings, you are welcome to bring them. When you and Mr Sardi have figured out how to proceed, we will give you an estimate of the cost.
We will take a full measurement of your home. Then, Mr Sardi will draw up tentative plans for the improvement in accordance with your initial consult. Then, you will meet with Mr Sardi once again and he will show you the plans.
Once we have come to an agreement, we will provide you with a 3D perspective and the specifications of your addition, renovation and/or extension. Then, it will be up to you to authorise the plans. Since we are working directly with you, there is no “middleman” to muddy the waters when it comes to communication. In addition, there are no hidden extras. The contract will be clear and everything will be stated to your satisfaction and understanding.
The Approval Stage
Once you have given us the original OK, we will start work on site survey, engineer’s drawings and final working drawings. Then, we send the paperwork to your council or other local statutory bodies and wait for approval. At this time, you may need to inform your insurance company about what you are doing with your home. However, Next Level Extensions has insurance for the build.
Next, we can assist you in choosing tiles and any other miscellaneous necessities but you may need to visit outlets to find the main items. Before we get started in the construction phase, we meet with you again and give you all of the details, including what we are going to do and when we are going to do it.
We have developed a sterling reputation for completing construction with minimal intrusion upon your lifestyle. We accomplish this in part by constructing a temporary wall between your home and the construction site. Occasionally, occupants of a home will need temporary bathing or cooking facilities.

We carry out practical completion by the due date and to your satisfaction. We provide a maintenance period of four months following the completion of your renovation. We also provide a full six year warranty starting at the practical completion date.
